How Do I Transition My Skincare Routine from Summer to Fall?

You can transition your skincare routine from summer to fall by changing your skincare products, focusing on removing the buildup of dead skin cells, and boosting hydration. Proactively combat dry skin

The cooler temperatures and the dry indoor air will work together to dehydrate your skin. Take proactive steps to soothe and hydrate your skin by applying an alcohol-free toner followed by a moisturizer after cleansing. During the fall and into the winter, you’ll want to use a heavier, richer moisturizer than you would use during the summertime. Look for one that contains skin-friendly ingredients like ceramides.

Continue to use products with SPF

Many people stop being conscientious about using sun protective factors (SPF) when the summer months fade. However, it’s critical to remember that the sun’s rays aren’t affected by temperature—they will continue to damage the skin year-round!
